Our golden cows are handcrafted designer pieces, made using high-quality materials such as 22-karat gold leaf. Each piece is unique and may vary. The photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.

All prices are listed in Swiss francs, inclusive of all taxes. Ma Vache à Dorer reserves the right to change prices freely and at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.

The golden cows are made to order by our small team of artisans and require a production time of at least one month from the date of order and payment. Due to our commitment to ensuring the quality of each product, the number of orders is limited and delivery times may vary depending on the waiting list. You will be notified by email of the status of your order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the specific characteristics of each product and accept these conditions.

Payment is made in advance in Swiss francs, online by credit card. The order will only be entered into the manufacturing process once Ma Vache à Dorer has received payment.

1. Delivery is made by Swiss Post.

2. Shipping costs are charged to the customer according to the rates of the Post Office.

3. Estimated delivery times are approximately 5 working days.

4. The package tracking number will be sent to you by email once the package has been shipped.

Our products come with a lifetime warranty. However, two situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. Once the package has been shipped, Ma Vache à Dorer is released from all liability. Damage incurred during transport is subject to the delivery conditions of the postal service.

2. Damage caused by improper use is not covered. Please read our maintenance recommendations carefully.

Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, Ma Vache à Dorer does not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review all information before placing your order.

Ma Vache à Dorer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
